Streetartinsore is a brand owned by Galleria Prada sas di Paola Prada, Via Mario Pagano 50, 20145 Milano (Italy) herein after called the Gallery. The following are the terms and conditions under which a User may use the web at www.streetartinsore.com and/or any other addresses related (The "Web Site") and may do transactions. Please read this page carefully. By accessing and using the Web Site, you accept and agree to be bound, without modification, limitation or qualification, by the Terms. The Company may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise the Terms at any time by updating the text of this page. You are bound by any such modification or revision and should therefore visit this page periodically to review the Terms before shopping an item.
Your use of the Web Site constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions and notices contained herein and in Policy and Privacy.

The Company respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our Users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed and where is located on the site and a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. You can send all the above via registered mail with return receipt to Galleria Prada Sas di Paola Prada, Via Mario Pagano 50, 20145 Milano (Italy).

The Company is not responsible for screening or monitoring material requested to be posted by Users. As a User, you are responsible for your own communications and for the consequences of their posting. You must not do any of the following things while accessing or using the Web Site or using the Material:
•    post or transmit any material unless you are the owner of all patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary rights ("Rights") therein, or have the permission of the owner of the Rights to post or transmit such material to the Web Site;

If notified by a User of communications that allegedly do not conform to any term of this Agreement, the Company may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. The Company has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or non-performance of such activities. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating this Agreement or the law.
The company does not guarantee the truthfullness or reliability of any communications requested to be posted by other users. In case of doubt, please require more information by sending a contact mail.

General Conditions of Sale

The user declares to have read the following documents: Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Policy which are integral parts of the General Conditions of Sale.
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the www.streetartinstore.com website. Streetartinsotre is a brand of Galleria Prada Sas di Paola Prada, Via Mario Pagano 50, 20145 Milano – CF e P.IVA 10242790961 – REA MI-2516050, herein after called Gallery.
The user is required to read these Conditions which are generally understood and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify these Conditions unilaterally and without notice, therefore, before any purchase and before the following ones, we invite you to read carefully.

These Conditions govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders of products on www.streetartinstore.com and do not regulate, however, the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties other than the Gallery who are present on the same site with links, banners or other textual and hypertext links.
For the successful conclusion of the purchase contract it will be necessary to fill in and / or flag the requested fields and it is considered perfected when the Gallery receives notification of the accreditation. Whatever the payment method chosen among the options indicated, the shipment will take place upon receipt of payment.
In order to proceed with the billing of the product we need to receive the Fiscal Code or VAT number of the buyer, in addition to the data of domicile and / or shipping. In the different case, a receipt will be issued.
When completing the registration procedures, the buyer undertakes to provide his personal data in a correct and truthful manner, relieving the Gallery from any responsibility for the inaccuracy of the data provided.
Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the buyer places the order. It must however be considered indicative because due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
Even after receiving the order confirmation, there may be cases of unavailability due to third parties. In this case, the order will be corrected with the elimination of the unavailable product and in the event that the payment had already been credited, the same will be refunded without any request for damages or additional charges by the purchaser.
The price of the product is the one indicated on the site, except where there is obvious error. In this case, the Gallery will notify the buyer allowing the same the faculty of confirming the order on the basis of the new price or the cancellation of the same. In any case, there is no obligation to supply what was purchased at the lower value erroneously indicated.

The prices are 22% VAT excluded. The tax, if due, will be calculated during the checkout by the system. They can change at any time. However, the changes do not concern orders for which confirmation has already been sent.
Once selected the products will be added to the cart and it will be sufficient to follow the instructions for the purchase by entering or verifying the information requested in each step of the process.
In some cases, the products may be missing small pieces or frame parts, presenting scratches or small dents. The real state is verifiable not only by the photographs, which always have a priority value on what has been described but which could still distort the colors compared to the original. We therefore invite you to request further photographs or information, and, where possible, to view the product personally before proceeding as it is always an online purchase that places limits on the actual reality of the asset.
Our Gallery relies on a transport service with courier except for different directions required by the purchase form. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery or breakages or dents during transport. Such damages are to be contested directly to the courier during the delivery phase, indicating at the moment of receipt on the transport document the following: "We accept the goods from the courier subject to verification". The goods can also be collected in person or by your own courier, subject to agreement on the times and directions of the pick-up location that will be communicated upon confirmation of the transaction. The delivery of the goods purchased to the courier for shipping will take place within 5 working days after payment, unless otherwise specified during purchase to the buyer.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the product. The buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it by explicit declaration by registered mail with return receipt or by e-mail to info@streetartinstore.com. The product must be returned intact and the costs of return will be at the complete expense of the purchaser. The seller will refund only the amount of the product subject to withdrawal and not the delivery costs within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the returned product.

For any controversy the competent court is Milan, Italy.
