The artist transforms the action of scrunching up the receipt before tossing it into a symbol of the rebirth of the receipt itself, elevating it to a work of art. The painting has two different colorations depending on whether you look at it from the left or the right, bronze and gold. Upcycling art, sustainability and recovery of poor and consumable materials such as tax receipts transformed into an elegant and constantly changing work by Luca Mancone's creative flair. Currently on display in an exhibition in Milan.
